Labeling. Every paid placement is clearly marked “Sponsored” (ranking) or “Sponsor” (newsletter), and sponsored links carry rel="sponsored". Editorial independence. Sponsors appear in a separate slot above the editorial list. Payment never changes a tool's editorial position, tier, notes, or our recommendations, and sponsors don't review or approve editorial content. Acceptance. We review every sponsor for fit and may decline any placement; we don't accept products that encourage unsafe handling of confidential, client, PHI, or CUI data or that make compliance claims we can't verify. Refunds. If we decline, you receive a full refund. You may cancel for a full refund before your placement goes live (listing) or up to 72 hours before the scheduled send (newsletter).
